1. Returns and Replacements

At MedhaMinds.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (books, toys, and educational items), we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Preference mismatch

We only accept return requests if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or
  • You received a wrong item compared to what you ordered.
To request a replacement:
  • Contact us within 2 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Provide a clear unboxing video and photographs of the product showing:
    • The condition of the outer packaging
    • The item inside
    • The issue (e.g., damage, wrong product)
    • The bill

Our team will review your request within 3 business days. If your request is approved:

  • You may be asked to return the item in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a replacement of the same product.
2. Refunds

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Refunds will be issued only if:

  • A replacement is not available for the approved return request
  • Or, we are unable to fulfill your original order due to unforeseen reasons

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact us immediately via email or phone with your order details.
  • If the cancellation is approved and the order hasn’t shipped, we will issue a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for the following:

  • Used items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable content (if applicable)
5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
