1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of order placement and payment confirmation.
- Processing may be delayed during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen issues (e.g., emergencies, system downtime).
- We process and dispatch orders Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
- Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Delivery Communication
- Tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp (if a valid WhatsApp number is provided).
- It is mandatory to provide a valid mobile number that is reachable by delivery personnel. Orders may be delayed or returned if the customer is unreachable.
4. Remote or Unserviceable Areas
- For remote pin codes or locations not serviceable by standard courier partners, we will ship using India Post, which may take longer than regular delivery timelines.
- Customers will be informed if a delay is expected due to location issues.
5. Delivery Exceptions & Delays
Despite our best efforts, certain factors beyond our control may cause shipping delays:
- Customer unreachable or phone not working
- Incorrect/incomplete delivery address
- Local strikes or courier company disruptions
- Weather-related delays (floods, storms, etc.)
- Government restrictions or holidays
- Courier mishandling during transit
We request customers to place orders at least 2 weeks in advance of any desired delivery date to account for such unforeseen events.
6. Returned Packages & Re-Shipping
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Unclaimed delivery
- Refused acceptance
- Incomplete/incorrect address
- Inaccurate or unreachable contact number
👉 The customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
🚫 Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded in such cases.
We will only reship the same product(s). No substitutions or modifications will be permitted in the reshipment.
7. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all domestic orders above ₹1199.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 or based on location is applicable on orders below ₹1199.
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional international charges are to be borne by the customer.
8. Packaging
We ensure that all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Items are packed using protective materials and eco-friendly options wherever possible.
9. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or non-receipt, please contact us at medhamindskids@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly.
10. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for reshipment in such cases.
